Responsibilities

• Own the company's most challenging engineering problems across consumer, clinical and internal platforms.
• Turn complex needs into practical product and technical plans when specs are incomplete.
• Own the end-to-end product journey from requirements to user interface.
• Manage transition from offshore to onshore team and set standards for architecture, testing and quality.
• Make buy-or-build decisions to prune scope and maximize value.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to accelerate the roadmap.
