BODYROK Costa Mesa is hiring for Founding Instructor roles to open and shape the studio culture from day one. Lead 45-minute HYBRID Pilates classes on reformers with up to 16 clients, delivering clear cues and modifications for all levels.

Part-time or full-time roles available with competitive per-class pay ($35–$65) plus bonuses, benefits, and growth opportunities in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Join our founding team and help build the Costa Mesa community.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized Pilates or group fitness certification preferred but not required; BODYROK provides training.
• CPR/AED certification required prior to first class.
• 1+ year of experience in Pilates, circuit training, indoor cycling, bootcamp, HIIT, boxing/kickboxing, or group fitness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy 45-minute classes using the BODYROK Hybrid Pilates Method with up to 16 clients per class.
• Deliver safe, effective instruction with clear cueing and modifications for all levels.
• Set up, break down, and reset reformers and equipment between classes.
• Build relationships with members to support retention and community.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio environment.
• Represent the BODYROK brand with confidence in the studio and community.
• Participate in pre-opening training, ongoing education, and team development.
