Instructors will have the opportunity to shape the studio culture and enjoy leadership opportunities. Competitive compensation ranges from $35 to $65 per class, including performance-based bonuses.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for fitness, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate clients. Flexible schedules are available, and BODYROK provides training for its unique method.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HIIT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.
• Ability to motivate and engage group classes.
• Strong cueing and clear communication skills.
• Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
