Job summary

The Menopause Collective in Wellesley, MA is seeking a founding physician owner-partner and Medical Director to design menopause-focused care protocols and lead a physician-led practice. You will shape the patient experience with extended visits and a longitudinal model.

The role offers equity ownership, 60–90 minute visits, and a practice designed for depth of care. Base salary is $250k–$400k with profit participation, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MD/DO in OB/GYN (or related) with strong midlife health interest.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable building a practice.

Responsibilities

• Shape clinical protocols and care models for menopause care.
• Mentor future team members and oversee operations as owner-partner.
• Drive growth with equity participation and quality metrics.
