Job summary

Midi Health, a leading virtual clinic for midlife women, seeks a Clinical Advisor (MD/DO) to provide expert, nationwide guidance in perimenopause and menopause care. This role supports a growing clinician team, upholds safety standards, and elevates clinical excellence across the organization.

The position targets physicians who routinely manage complex cases, serve as escalation points, and hold national-level expertise in midlife women’s health.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO with 5+ years of advanced experience in perimenopause and menopause care.
• Experience managing complex multi-morbidity midlife women's health cases.
• Telehealth experience with virtual care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical authority for real-time clinician questions with rapid response.
• Support direct patient care, including escalated visits and DEA-related encounters.
• Review time-sensitive patient data, lab results, and clinical inbox items.
• Identify patterns and risks, sharing insights with clinical leadership for quality improvement.
• Participate in Doc of the Day coverage and physician collaborations.
• Refine and uphold clinical guidelines and best practices with the Medical Director.
• Contribute to clinical quality, education, and safety initiatives.
• Fulfill state-required collaborating physician duties in designated states.
