Job summary

Txsha is seeking a founding Speech Clinical Director in Celina, TX, to lead the pediatric Speech Therapy program within an established multidisciplinary environment. The role focuses on clinical leadership, program development, and professional governance while maintaining clinical authority over care.

The ideal candidate will supervise SLPs/SLPAs, mentor clinicians, and collaborate with the OT leadership to scale the pediatric services. Part-time schedule with growth potential is offered.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP license is required.
• Strong pediatric therapy experience.
• Ability to supervise SLPAs and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical development of the Speech Therapy program.
