Swift Assist in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a founding Speech-Language Pathologist to build pediatric therapy services from the ground up. You will deliver direct care, shape clinical standards, culture, and growth with operational and marketing support behind you.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathology License in Georgia.
• 3+ years pediatric experience (clinic, school, or hospital).
• Excellent communication and family engagement skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset eager to help shape and grow a new practice.
• Willingness to provide in-person therapy at the Johns Creek location.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy for pediatric clients.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress.
• Collaborate with Physical and Occupational Therapists for coordinated care.
• Build strong relationships with families, caregivers, and referring providers.
• Help refine clinic processes, documentation, and scheduling workflows.
• Contribute to early hiring and mentorship as the practice expands.
• Support community outreach, school partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
