Job summary

SR2 is engineering phased array radar systems for defense platforms. The Role: you own the PCB end-to-end from schematic through production, aiming to get a 24 GHz phased array into a small, cost-efficient form factor manufactured at scale.

You will drive soup-to-nuts PCB design, wiring EM simulation, thermal analysis, and layout, and you will build in-house AI tooling to accelerate PCB design. Required: shipped at least one ambitious PCB project on a tight schedule.

Qualifications

• Shipped at least one ambitious PCB project on aggressive timeline.
• Experience with high-frequency PCB design is preferred.
• Ability to iterate designs quickly under strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own PCB design soup-to-nuts: schematic, layout, stackup, DFM.
• Close the loop between EM simulation, thermal analysis, and layout.
• Build in-house AI tooling for PCB design automation.
