We're an early-stage robotics company in stealth, bringing general-purpose humanoid robots into real homes. Our founder is a Forbes 30 Under 30 serial entrepreneur whose last company raised $25M from Khosla Ventures and Microsoft.
We're a small, ambitious team building something that hasn't been done before: making humanoid robots genuinely useful in everyday life.
We're looking for an exceptional founding team member to help us bring that vision to life.
The role
You’ll be responsible for making sure our humanoid robots get where they need to be, on time, every time.
You’ll own the day-to-day operations of our growing robot fleet, coordinating deployments, transporting robots between our hub and customer homes, and ensuring every visit runs smoothly.
You’ll also be one of the faces of our company, occasionally meeting customers in their homes, introducing them to our robots, and making sure they have a fantastic experience.
This is a highly hands‑on role with a lot of independence and responsibility. You’ll be joining at the very beginning, helping us figure out how to operate and scale a fleet of humanoid robots in the real world.
As we grow, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more technical responsibilities and help build the operations team around you.
What you’ll do
- Own daily operations: Coordinate robot schedules, deployments, and logistics across the Bay Area, ensuring every robot arrives on time and ready to work.
- Manage transportation: Safely transport robots between our hub and customer locations, overseeing setup, collection, and return.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience: Be a friendly, polished, and professional representative of the company when meeting customers and introducing our robots.
- Keep our robots ready: Handle charging, battery swaps, routine inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
- Solve problems in real time: Think on your feet when plans change, troubleshoot logistical challenges, and make sure operations run smoothly.
- Maintain our hub: Keep our robots, equipment, and workspace organized, maintained, and ready for deployment.
- Help build our systems: Develop processes, checklists, and tools that make our operations increasingly efficient as the fleet grows.
- Get involved technically: Work alongside our engineering team to test new features, investigate issues, and learn how our robots work.
What we’re looking for
- Exceptionally organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented. You’re the kind of person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Highly proactive and resourceful. You don’t need to be told what to do, and you’re comfortable figuring things out independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. You’re confident, personable, and professional when interacting with customers.
- Comfortable with a fast‑paced, unpredictable startup environment where plans can change quickly.
- A genuine interest in technology and robotics, with enthusiasm for learning new technical skills.
- A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and comfort driving throughout the Bay Area.
- Willingness to get hands‑on, including safely handling equipment, setting up robots, and occasionally working outside normal office hours.
- Above all, ambitious, hardworking, and excited about helping build a company from the ground up.
Nice to have
- Experience in operations, logistics, hospitality, customer experience, or at an early‑stage startup.
- Experience working with hardware, robotics, consumer electronics, or other technical equipment.
- Familiarity with basic software troubleshooting, Linux, Python, or technical tools.
- Experience coordinating field teams, deliveries, or customer appointments.
- An engineering or other technical background, although absolutely not required.
- Be there from day one: Join one of the first teams bringing humanoid robots into real people’s homes.
- Real ownership: You’ll run critical parts of the business, not just execute someone else’s playbook.
- Work with frontier technology: Get hands‑on experience with some of the most exciting robots being built today.
- Grow with the company: As our fleet expands, there will be opportunities to take on significantly more responsibility and build a team.
- Work directly with the founders: You’ll have a direct impact on how we build and scale the company.
- Competitive compensation: $100,000–$140,000 base salary, meaningful equity, and competitive benefits.
We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a job. If you’re excited by robotics, love making things happen, and want to play a meaningful role in building a company from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.
