Job summary

Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton is seeking an experienced and dynamic founding OB/GYN Residency Program Director to launch and shape our brand-new OB/GYN residency program. You will build curriculum, culture, and legacy while maintaining an engaging clinical practice with a multi-specialty group.

This role offers mentorship, academic opportunities, and generous resources to develop a premier residency program with strong leadership and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required and ABOG/AOBOG Board Certified.
• Unrestricted California Medical License (current/eligible) and DEA number.
• 5+ years as a practicing OB/GYN.
• 3+ years faculty leadership in an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN Residency Program.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and development of the new OB/GYN residency program, shaping curriculum and culture.
• Maintain an engaging clinical practice alongside residency duties.
• Provide mentorship and educational leadership to residents and faculty.
