ChristianaCare is seeking a BE/BC Neurologist for the position of Neurology Residency Program Director in Middletown, NY. This is an opportunity to pioneer a new residency program, overseeing its development and ensuring compliance with ACGME standards.

The successful candidate will lead curriculum design, accreditation processes, and resident recruitment while supporting a robust neurosciences infrastructure. Competitive salary range from $288,361 to $418,716, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as an active faculty member in an ACGME-accredited neurology residency program.
• Minimum three years of GME administrative experience preferred.
• Current or eligible medical licensure in Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Lead ACGME initial accreditation, application development, self-study, and ongoing compliance.
• Design and implement the neurology residency curriculum.
• Oversee resident recruitment, selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
