Position Overview

As our Founding Preschool Director, you will handle all aspects of school operations, licensing compliance, and community enrollment. You will work closely with ownership during the pre-opening summer phase to ready the campus for our grand opening. This role blends authentic Montessori pedagogical leadership with entrepreneurial school administration.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven leadership experience as a licensed childcare center or preschool director.
• Licensure: Must possess a valid Texas Childcare Director Certificate (or meet immediate eligibility requirements to obtain one).
• Montessori Background: Deep familiarity with Montessori philosophy; a MACTE-accredited credential (AMI, AMS) is highly preferred.
• Software Literacy: Proficient with early childhood management software platforms like Procare, Brightwheel, or similar tools.
