We're hiring a Founding Mobile Engineer to lead mobile development and bring our candidate and employer experience to life on mobile. You’ll work closely with the founding team and own everything from app architecture to rollout.

What You’ll Do

• Lead development of the Pipeline mobile app (React Native)
• Build fast, intuitive experiences for job seekers and hiring managers
• Integrate with our predictive matching engine
• Shape product direction, interface design, and architecture
• Optimize for usability, accessibility, and speed
