The Opportunity

Our client seeks a Founding Member of Technical Staff eager to learn and contribute across the stack. Initially, you'll focus on high-impact user-facing features as a product engineer. You'll collaborate with and learn from experts in front-end (e.g., co-creator of Radix UI, React Router, RemixJS), back-end (e.g., ex-maintainer of the Rust compiler), and ML (e.g., researchers with thousands of citations). Most of your work will be open source.

Must Have The Following

• Strong technical background: Experience tackling hard technical problems and managing large projects from inception to deployment (e.g., TensorZeros observability dashboard).
• Passion for craft & design: Excited to rethink developer tooling from first principles to build delightful interfaces and workflows.
• Hungry for growth: Eager to learn and contribute across the stack without speed limits.
• In-person in NYC: Work five days a week in NYC, maintaining a healthy, long-term mindset.
