Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Nationally credentialed Medical Assistant.
• 1 year teaching experience in MA program.
• 3 years clinical MA experience in healthcare.
• Experience with externships and clinical partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Launch MA program including curriculum, lab setup, practicum partnerships.
• Teach and mentor students in clinical and administrative tracks.
• Drive program accreditation efforts and manage retention/placement outcomes.
• Develop externship sites across Columbus healthcare systems.
• Hire faculty and lead MA Certificate program for new campus.
