Job summary

Woodhouse Spa – Highland Park is a luxury day spa launching on the North Shore. As a founding Massage Therapist, you’ll help establish service standards and build a guest following from day one with brand-new treatment rooms and equipment.

You’ll perform customized massages and body treatments, follow Woodhouse protocols, and deliver a high-touch guest experience from greeting to rebooking. Flexible scheduling supports full- or part-time work.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois massage therapy license (IDFPR) — required.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about your craft.
• Excellent verbal communication—able to connect with guests, managers, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized massage services and luxurious body treatments to Woodhouse protocols.
• Deliver modalities including deep tissue, hot stone, couples, and maternity.
• Guide guests through the service menu and help them choose treatments.
• Maintain guest health history confidentiality and ensure high-touch concierge experience.
• Keep spaces clean, stocked, and guest-ready, and assist with opening/closing duties.
