Graphon.AI is seeking a Founding Marketer to establish how the company is perceived in the market and create a repeatable go-to-market engine for their innovative product. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in marketing technical products, simplify complex ideas, and be comfortable driving product launches.

With a focus on building systems and collaborating closely with engineers and founders, this position offers a salary range of $180,000 – $230,000 and meaningful equity, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience owning messaging, positioning, and go-to-market for new products.
• High agency and ownership mindset; able to execute ideas and strategies.
• Familiarity with product launches from alpha to beta.

Responsibilities

• Own the narrative, simplifying complex concepts for customers.
• Define the wedge to focus on initial ICPs and use cases.
• Run marketing from alpha to beta to launch with proper messaging.
• Build systems, playbooks, and processes to scale marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with founders, engineers, and sales on positioning.
• Establish repeatable demand and pipeline motions for marketing.
