As the founding ML engineer at Glauc, you will own the core science and technical direction for extracting biological signals from eye images. You will build and deploy production-grade models from scratch using a unique research dataset, transforming clinical insights into a commercial API product for longevity and health-AI companies.

What You Will Do

• Establish the engineering foundations for the ML organization, including experiment tracking, reproducibility, and monitoring standards that all future hires will inherit.

The ideal candidate

• Has a strong applied ML background in computer vision, specifically with image models or medical imaging, and deep fluency in Python and PyTorch.
• Brings a proven track record of shipping ML models into fast-scaling production systems that real-world users and commercial customers depend on.
