Job summary

Hilbert, a data science-first growth engine, is hiring a Founding Forward Deployed Data Engineer for LATAM. You’ll own enterprise deployments across Latin America, from data discovery to production rollout, working directly with customers to architect integrations and solve messy problems.

In this role you’ll blend ClickHouse, Snowflake, and BigQuery knowledge with Python-driven pipelines, building the canonical modeling and semantic layers that power Hilbert’s AI-driven insights across time

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying data integration in multi-warehouse environments.
• Ability to work with enterprise customers and remote LATAM deployments.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own LATAM customer deployments from discovery to production.
• Architect deployments and ensure semantic clarity across platforms.
• Build and improve data discovery agent workflows.
• Collaborate with US/Europe teams across time zones.
• Define canonical models and metadata for agents.
