Atria Health invites Advanced Care Providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) to join our Los Angeles Institute. You'll work within Internal Medicine teams, collaborating with CMOs to deliver high-quality care and innovative, preventive medicine.

Extensive duties include assessments, treatments, and home visits as we grow on the West Coast. We seek candidates with strong adult medicine knowledge, 2+ years as NP/PA-C, and CA licenses.

Qualifications

• CA license required as NP for specialty, or CA licensed PA.
• Minimum 2+ years as a practicing NP or PA-C.
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Flexibility to cover weekends.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Experience in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency, or Family Medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments with medical history and exams.
• Prescribe medications, order/interpret tests, and implement treatments.
• Educate on health promotion and prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Conduct phlebotomy, IVs, vaccines, and EKGs as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide continuity of care via home visits as needed.
