About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the marketing strategy at AmberBox. With a large, rapidly growing sales team and significant investment in trade shows and in-person events, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through targeted campaigns that generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and accelerate the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and key metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, ROI), report on effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Content & Messaging: Develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5+ years in demand generation, performance marketing, or related roles.

Skills:

  • Expertise in demand generation tactics including email marketing, paid search, display ads, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Ability to create and manage integrated campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with cross-functional collaboration ability.
