Founding GTM Specialist
Who are we?
Our three-person team from
Penn Engineering and Wharton is developing an AI clinical operations platform specifically for
cancer care. We have raised capital from multiple VC firms and have contracts lined up with major health systems. You will be a trusted partner of the CTO and the 4th member of the team and do MEANINGFUL WORK that will IMPROVE CANCER PATIENTS LIVES.
Position Overview
The GTM Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the go-to-market strategy for our digital healthcare solutions. This position focuses on optimizing sales development processes, enhancing lead generation efforts, and ensuring customer success from the top of the funnel to revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for digital healthcare products.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage and optimize the sales development pipeline to increase conversion rates.
- Support revenue operations by providing insights on customer success metrics and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and deliver training materials for sales teams to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in go-to-market strategies and sales development.
- Strong understanding of digital healthcare industry trends and challenges.
- Experience with revenue operations and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
