Job summary

MintMCP, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, seeks a senior Growth Marketer to own inbound-to-pipeline across self-serve and sales-assisted motions. Shape messaging for technical buyers and drive demand across SEO, paid, lifecycle, and content; run webinars and build outbound programs with the AE team.

You will own funnel analytics, CAC, payback, and forecasts, and orchestrate a fleet of agents to scale research and content creation.

Qualifications

• Built a growth function from zero at an early-stage B2B company.
• Strong positioning and messaging for technical buyers.
• Experience running multi-channel demand generation.
• Experience with self-serve PLG and sales-assisted motions.
• Fluent in funnel analytics and CAC/payback modeling.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies.
• Own positioning for technical buyers and create compelling campaigns.
• Run webinars and content-led campaigns; build outbound programs with AE team.
• Own funnel metrics: CAC, payback, forecast; report to CEO.
• Lead a fleet of agents to scale research, sequencing, and content creation.
