Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Founding Full-Stack iOS Engineer to own the companion iOS app end-to-end in a high-impact, early-stage setting. You’ll collaborate with hardware, neuroscience, and design teams to shape the product experience and drive real momentum as the first mobile engineer.

You will build full-stack integrations, set engineering standards, and grow with the company as the product scales.

Qualifications

• Multiple years shipping consumer iOS apps.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and the iOS ecosystem.
• Full-stack capability across mobile and backend layers.
• Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the companion iOS app end-to-end, from architecture decisions to pixel-perfect UI delivery.
• Surface emotional-state outputs (energy, mood, focus scores) from the backend inference model in a clear, compelling consumer experience.
• Collaborate with the founding team (hardware, neuroscience, design) to shape the full product experience.
• Build and maintain full-stack integrations between the iOS app and backend services.
• Set engineering standards and best practices as the mobile org grows.
