Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Full Stack Engineer for a hybrid role in Silicon Valley. You will own significant platform components and help build two brand-new products end-to-end, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.

Expect a stack including React/Next.js on the frontend and Python/Django on the backend, with SQL databases. The role requires 6–8 years in a related field and a CS degree; bonus skills include Tailwind CSS, Docker, AWS, and OpenAI APIs.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of hands-on front-end or full-stack engineering experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in fast-moving environments.
• Bonus skills: Tailwind CSS, Docker, AWS services, OpenAI APIs.
• Willingness to relocate or be based in the SF Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, and engineering to architect and deliver a resilient platform.
• Develop clean, maintainable code across the stack with test coverage and docs.
• Debug complex issues, optimize performance, and ship improvements quickly.
• Take end-to-end ownership of core components: Front End with React/Next.js; Back End with Python/Django; SQL databases.
