EQL Tech is seeking a founding Full Stack Lead to own the parent-facing mobile and web experiences from inception to launch. You will drive end-to-end ownership of the reimbursements product across mobile and web, building a reliable payments machine with clear audit trails.

Qualifications

• Relocation to SF or Phoenix is required.
• Proven track record of shipping apps to production, including personal side projects.
• Strong attention to design and architecture to improve user experience.
• Good product intuition with focus on AI features and user psychology.
• Willingness to collaborate beyond localhost and engage with stakeholders.
• High personal standards and commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Own reimbursements product across mobile and web (end-to-end).
• Design system for clarity and trust around eligibility and fund status.
• Integrate UI with backend and operations workflows for a reliable payments engine.
• Instrument funnels and identify confusion hotspots to drive product improvements.
• Set architecture, code quality, and release processes for the app layer.
