Job summary

Unstuck Labs is looking for an early engineer to help shape the products our studio runs on — Unstuck OS, JustAsk, Summon, and more. This is a high-ownership role: you’ll influence product decisions, architecture, and shipping, often in the same week.

You’ll build features end to end across our product suite, make pragmatic architecture calls that keep us fast, and work directly with the founders and design team with short feedback loops.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production web apps with React and TypeScript.
• Full-stack range: you’re comfortable with APIs, databases, and deploys.
• Bias to ship, paired with the judgment to know when not to.
• You like ambiguity and small teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features end to end across our product suite.
• Make pragmatic architecture calls that keep us fast without painting us into corners.
• Work directly with founders and design — short feedback loops, no telephone game.
• Set engineering patterns the next hires will inherit.
