Job summary

TalentProof is hiring a founding full-stack engineer in New York/Bangalore. You’ll build features end-to-end across desktop client, web app, and backend services, owning infrastructure, CI/CD, and on-device privacy features from the ground up.

You’ll work across technologies, support fast AI development workflows, and help shape engineering conventions for a small team expected to scale quickly.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years building software across the stack (frontend, backend, and glue).
• Comfort across multiple languages and technologies; eager to learn.
• Strong fundamentals in shipping production software (VCS, testing, debugging).
• Interest in owning infrastructure and DevOps (CI/CD, cloud, reliability).
• Genuine excitement about AI-native development and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Build features end to end across desktop, web, and backend services.
• Deep work on Electron desktop client and on-device privacy features.
• Move across layers to solve problems; own end-to-end delivery.
• Own deployment path and CI/CD, releases, cloud services.
• Define practices and guardrails for scalable, secure development.
• Improve observability and on-call basics (logging, alerts).
• Help set technical direction as the team scales.
