As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in shaping Tally’s early product and technical foundation. You’ll lead the development of core user-facing features, AI-powered agentic systems, and internal tools that streamline tax advisory workflows. You’ll architect systems for document extraction, build interfaces for clients to access their plans and data, and create tools for advisors to manage their caseloads. With high autonomy, you’ll own projects from concept to production, collaborate with clients and partners, and make key technical decisions that directly influence product direction and company trajectory.
