Job summary

Ciridae seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to convert compelling prototypes into production systems that customers actually run. This high-agency role spans frontend, backend, data models, integrations, LLM orchestration, testing, deployment and the plumbing that keeps it running.

You will translate field context into technical decisions and make complex AI systems intuitive for nontechnical users. We expect 3+ years of software engineering with ownership of complex systems end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Shipped production software across frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python APIs)
• Experience with data models, security, performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Production experience with LLM-powered applications and agents, RAG, tool use, evaluations and observability

Responsibilities

• Own the full stack from prototype through launch and iteration
• Translate field context into technical decisions and robust ownership of production systems
