Job summary

HappyRobot is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Founding France Team Member) to work directly with customers to maximize the value of our AI platform. You will onboard, implement, and support while contributing to product development and innovation.

We operate without seniority-based hierarchy, empowering engineers to own projects, ship quickly, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in French (C1/C2) for direct customer communication.
• Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js.
• Hands-on Python development and AI/ML applications experience.
• Experience with LLM prompting and tuning.
• Ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Founder mindset: independent, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and support customers, ensuring successful integration.
• Develop features and scalable solutions.
• Build full-stack applications using React, TS, Node.js, and Python.
• Design, implement, and iterate on AI/ML solutions, including LLM prompting and tuning.
• Manage APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Iteratively improve AI solutions based on feedback and evolving requirements.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
