Radley James is seeking a pioneering FPGA engineer to join a newly independent systematic hedge fund as its first FPGA hire for the High Frequency Trading business. This founding role offers significant ownership as you shape architecture, technology decisions and the direction of the team.

You'll build ultra-low latency FPGA solutions for live trading, collaborate with quants and low-latency engineers, and own the design of a greenfield HFT platform from day one.
