This role asks for an engineer who can sit with customers, find the multi step tasks worth automating, and then build the integrations and services that make it work in production. A strong candidate brings solid Python, some TypeScript and React, and a track record of connecting APIs, databases and internal tools reliably. Comfort with unclear problems and fast iteration in front of customers matters as much as the coding.
