Qualifications

• 5+ years in FD/Solutions Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Proficient in SQL, Regex, and scripting with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Familiar with unstructured data, ETL processes, and ML/OCR pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Understand the VoriOS system and its integration components.
• Define and configure system specifications based on customer needs.
• Maintain data mappings and reconciliation as part of the operations team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.

Skills

Strong backend/data engineering fundamentals

Fluency with SQL
