Job summary

Woodhouse Spa – Highland Park, IL is hiring an experienced esthetician to deliver Woodhouse protocols in a luxury setting on the North Shore. You will assess guests’ skin, tailor treatment plans, and educate homecare to extend results between visits.

The role requires an IL esthetician license, 3+ years in luxury spa environments, and a client base when possible. Flexible scheduling and onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois esthetician license (IDFPR) — required.
• Three years as a Licensed Esthetician preferred; luxury spa experience a strong plus.
• Knowledge of a range of esthetic treatments and techniques.
• A local clientele you can bring with you is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skin care treatments and facials to Woodhouse protocols.
• Analyze each guest’s skin, listen to their goals, and build a treatment plan that actually gets them there.
• Educate guests on their skin and recommend the homecare regimen that extends your results between visits.
• Deliver a range of treatments — holistic and clinical modalities both welcome here.
• Ensure guests have a consistent, phenomenal, high‑touch concierge experience from consultation to rebooking.
• Use salon software to manage appointments, guest notes, and treatment history.
