Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Electrophysiologist to establish and grow the first dedicated Electrophysiology program within a physician-owned cardiovascular group.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in cardiovascular disease or eligibility.
• Fellowship training in electrophysiology.
• Eligible for Indiana and Illinois licensure.
• Willingness to build and scale a regional EP program.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with commitment to growth.

Responsibilities

• Founding electrophysiologist to establish the EP program.
• Lead development and growth of the EP service line.
• Shape arrhythmia management, AFib programs, and device initiatives.
• Oversee program growth with dedicated support staff and leadership.
• Collaborate with private-practice culture and physician leadership.
