Job summary

OHO Group (Lithuania) is seeking a founding engineer to join a profitable tech business. You’ll own core product development with autonomy, building with Python and TypeScript, and shaping the product alongside the founders.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering experience with Python and TypeScript.
Product-focused mindset with success shipping software users value.
Evidence of ownership, leading initiatives or making key technical decisions.
Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to thrive in a small, autonomous team.
Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development and improving engineering productivity.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of core product development, from architecture through production.
Build and scale applications using Python and TypeScript.
Work closely with the founders to shape product direction and technical strategy.
Use AI coding tools to accelerate development and boost productivity.
Drive technical decisions with direct impact on the company’s growth.
