Job description

As a founding applied AI engineer, you’ll work on improving and expanding our core AI features. AI is at the heart of Parity’s product and you’ll be directly responsible for scoping out, developing, testing, and ultimately shipping new AI features to our customers. You’ll work directly with the founders and early team.

You’d be a great fit if you:

Philosophy: You love to ship fast and make an impact. You have a high bar for quality and love moving from ideation to solution in the hands of the customer as quickly as possible. We want someone with high agency and a balance between technical obsession and pragmatism.

Experience: You have 2 to 5 years of experience building real-world applications.

Language: You’re exceptional at Python, Go, or similar.

Tools: You build your own tools as needed and love to use tools like Cursor to maximize your velocity. You improve systems along the way to move faster and faster.

Culture: You’re excited to join a fast-paced, in-person team in Downtown SF.

Salary: $120k - $170k

Equity: 0.25% - 2.00%
