Overview

We're looking for a high-trajectory, 10x SWE to help build the AI agents that will automate $2T of industrial distribution. Our AI agents don’t have users – you don't upend an industry's business model with human-in-the-loop copilots. You'll work directly with the founders to build autonomous systems for the sales and supply chain of $Xbn+ customers.

We need someone with 1-3 years of experience in full-stack and ML engineering who has a strong background in Python and TypeScript programming. You should be comfortable building and shipping autonomous AI agents and integrating with messy enterprise systems. Bonus points if you have experience as a founding engineer at an early-stage startup or come from a quantitative finance background.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship autonomous AI agents that process orders, generate quotes, and make inventory decisions without human intervention.

• Integrate with messy enterprise systems — ERPs, CRMs, inboxes, and phone systems that distributors actually use.

• Write high-performance backend services that handle inventory optimization algorithms, complex pricing logic, and more.

• Work on a 50/50 split of typical full-stack engineering and ML engineering work, including data processing (average dataset ~1 million rows), working with LLMs, agents, tool calls, and fine-tuning.
