Job summary

Spring is hiring a founding engineer in New York City to build AI-powered funding platforms for consumer brands. You will work directly with the founders, owning features from idea to production and shaping the product at a pivotal early stage.

In this role you will ship automated funding decisions, financial tooling, and agent interfaces, with money movement and an auditable ledger at scale. This is a hands-on, in-person, full-time position with equity.

Qualifications

• Shipping and operating products across the stack.
• Depth in AI agents, data infrastructure, or distributed systems.
• High bar for correctness and craft; deliver after launch.
• Experience using AI coding tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build automated funding decisions and reliable workflows.
• Develop financial tools to track invoices, cash flow, and profitability.
