Job summary

The Gardner School is opening a new, state-of-the-art preschool in Milton, MA this fall and is hiring for passionate EEC Certified Teachers to join the founding team. You will lead classrooms, mentor staff, and build strong relationships with families while delivering engaging, standards-aligned lessons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related; or High school diploma plus EEC Lead Teacher Certification and 36 months experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 2+ years of early childhood education experience as lead or co-lead.
