Qualifications

• Terminal degree required in ABA or related field.
• BCBA credential required or in good standing.
• Demonstrated leadership in higher education or graduate program administration.
• Experience with curriculum development and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MS in Applied Behavior Analysis online program.
• Develop long-term vision, goals and strategic plan for the program.
• Lead curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation activities.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty; teach graduate ABA courses.
