Job summary

Strive is seeking its founding Principal Developer Relations advocate in the Bay Area to shape a pioneering AI-enabled web data platform. You will define developer relations strategy, build community, and evangelize the technology to partners and engineers.

The role offers up to $300k OTE plus equity and benefits in a founder-led, fast-moving environment. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and sales to drive adoption and craft a world-class developer experience.

Strive have recently partnered with an agentic AI Web Intel platform who are on a mission to eliminate any sort of uncertainty by making day from the live web searchable, computable, safe and accessible as structured data in real time - streaming straight into the existing MDS.

After early success and 2 lucrative funding rounds by top tier VC's, they are looking for their founding DevRel advocate in the Bay Area.

The Company:

• Over $75m in funding (Series B).
• Web Search AI Agents that interprets the web into structured, governed data.
• Household/F500+ logos such such as Coca Cola, Uber and L'Oreal.
• Agentic tooling that that fetches efficiently without overwhelm.

The Leadership & Culture:

• Backed by tier 1 VC's with contribution from the biggest MDS provider fund.

• Five years building the foundational infrastructure.

• Prinicipal DevRel (founding hire)
• Up to $300k OTE + equity and benefits.

Interview Process:

• 2nd stage - Deep dive with Head of Engineering
• 3rd stage - Technical assignment/Presentation
• 4th stage - Commercially focussed task
• 5th stage - call with VP of People
