We need a Founding Designer (first design hire) with a strong aesthetic eye and experience in product design to elevate our product's visual quality. You should be comfortable working across web, desktop, and mobile applications, and have a track record of simplifying complex user journeys and establishing design systems. Bonus points if you have a technical understanding or experience with mobile design.

What you'll do:

• Design best-in-class experiences from concept to pixel-perfect execution to help teams get the most out of every meeting.

• Deeply understand customer problems and find elegant ways to solve them, simplifying complex user journeys.

• Establish design systems and building blocks that enable the team to ship quickly without compromising on quality or introducing inconsistencies.

• Create and refine messaging, brand visuals (ad variants, billboards, merch, etc.), landing page improvements, and blog layouts.

• Work directly with the founders and team to build a best-in-class product that is loved and used by thousands every day.
