Job summary

Trayo, a fast-moving startup, seeks a Founding Designer to own the product's look, feel, and customer experience. You will shape the visual identity and create customer-facing assets that define a new category.

You'll work directly with the founders, product, engineering, and customers to mold both the product and the company’s creative identity from the ground up. This is a hands-on, early-stage role with high impact.

We're a fast-moving, VC-backed startup building an AI-powered productfor enterprise teams. We work at the intersection of data, automation,and user-facing workflows, helping customers make faster,higher-confidence decisions.

Our founding team brings rare depth across both scale and startupexecution:

• Our CEO previously led multiple large-scale analytics services(hundreds of millions in ARR), owning P&L, product, and GTM, and helpedscale a major product from early stage through IPO. Her background spansenterprise software, go-to-market strategy, and AI/ML-driven data platforms.
• Our CTO is a multi-time founder with successful acquisitionsand deep technical leadership experience building developer products andbusiness software used by millions of customers.

Why This Role is Special

Trayo is looking for a Founding Designer to own designacross product, brand, and creative marketing. This is a rare role forsomeone who can be the company's main designer: shaping the productexperience, defining the visual identity, and creating customer-facingassets that help us explain and build a new category.

You will define how Trayo looks, feels, and is experienced by customers.You'll work directly with the founders, product, engineering, andcustomers to shape both the product and the company's creative identityfrom the ground up.

What You'll Own

• Product design for AI-native enterprise workflows
• UI/UX for complex data, signals, accounts, stakeholders, and actions
• Brand identity, website, sales decks, and launch assets
• Creative marketing visuals for campaigns, social, and customerstorytelling
• Design systems and patterns that help the product scale

What We're Looking For

• Strong product designer with excellent UI/UX taste
• Also strong in brand, visual design, and storytelling
• AI-native in how you work and create
• Comfortable turning ambiguity into clear, polished experiences
• Fast, hands-on, and excited by early-stage startup building

Bonus Points (not required)

• Experience with B2B SaaS, AI products, data products, or enterpriseworkflows
• Prior founding or 0 to 1 design experience
• Comfort moving between product surfaces and brand systems
