Job summary

Wwshemi is seeking a founding design engineer to take product ideas from sketch through implementation and release, shaping the full mobile app experience. You will build features end-to-end and craft screens with thoughtful motion and haptic feedback.

You will use data and user conversations to refine features, stay involved post-launch, and iterate to improve the user experience in a fast, early-stage consumer apps environment.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping mobile apps with a portfolio that can be reviewed in an app store or similar setting.
• Experience designing visual and interaction details and implementing the resulting product code.
• Hands-on experience with Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin for mobile development.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience shipping mobile apps used by real people, with work that can be reviewed in an app store or similar setting.
• Experience designing visual and interaction details and implementing the resulting product code.
• Hands‑on experience with Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin for mobile development.
• Familiarity with Firebase and TypeScript.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative in an open‑ended environment, and the ability to use AI tools while understanding the code you ship.
