As our founding design engineer, you will rebuild that broken experience from the ground up, translating complex government procurement flows into intuitive, trustworthy interfaces. You will own the entire design-to-code pipeline, turning Figma concepts into polished React components and ensuring every pixel serves a mission‑critical function.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience designing and coding production interfaces
• Fluency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and CSS within a component‑driven workflow
• Expert‑level Figma skills with a proven track record of translating complex user research into wireframes and prototypes
• An ability to navigate the constraints of government and enterprise software without sacrificing usability
