Job summary

AI ECD Inc. is seeking a data-driven analytics expert to define what progress means for families and to build reporting that reveals activation, retention, and value across the product.

You will work with the founding team to instrument key flows and turn parent observations into defensible signals about child progress. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in analytics for real products, strong Python/SQL, and experience with AI tooling and longitudinal data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in analytics or data science on a real product.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency.
• Experience communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI tooling and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics for activation, retention, and value for families.
• Instrument onboarding and core user flows for analysis.
• Build dashboards and models to track progress and outcomes.
• Apply longitudinal analytics with imperfect data and missingness.
• Lead small-sample experimentation and contextualize results.
• Collaborate with engineering for personalization inputs and product decisions.
