Job summary

Bonfire Analytics is seeking a Founding Customer Strategy Lead to own a portfolio of customers end to end. You’ll lead onboarding, training, and check-ins, turning healthcare data into actionable insights that move our customers' businesses forward.

You don’t need a healthcare background—just strong people skills, data fluency, and daily use of AI tools. You’ll have outsized impact from day one in a fast-growing healthtech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to sanity-check numbers.
• AI-forward habit; daily use of AI tools to work faster.
• Excellent communicator with empathy for customers.
• Willingness to learn quickly in a startup.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships and strategy for a portfolio; lead onboarding and ongoing check-ins.
• Turn questions into actionable answers; produce customer-ready reports.
• Work AI-first; leverage AI tools to analyze data and build deliverables.
• Bring customer feedback back to the team to inform product and playbooks.
