Arketa is building the operating system for modern fitness and wellness. We are hiring a founding Creative Producer to own Arketa's content engine, handling concepting, shooting, directing, and editing across paid ads, founder storytelling, and studio partner features.

This build-from-zero role requires you to define how creative gets made at Arketa, pick up a camera and run shoots, and edit the final cut while bringing a storyteller's instinct to every brief.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in video production or creative production with hands-on shooting, lighting, directing, and editing.
• Strong portfolio across short-form social, brand storytelling, and/or ad creative (portfolio required).
• Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut or equivalent; able to move from shoot to final cut independently.
• Strong creative taste and a clear point of view on what good looks like.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative production pipeline from concept to delivery for Arketa's content.
• Plan, shoot, and produce long-form video features across interview, documentary, and behind-the-scenes formats.
• Manage logistics end-to-end and oversee post-production through final delivery.
